Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping/ Postage Details:
Our online store is based in Singapore and all items are sold in Singapore Dollars. You have the option of self collection from the Pasir Ris area. Alternatively, domestic shipping costs within Singapore will apply. We offer free delivery for orders above $60. In order to keep product costs down, our shop operates on a pre-order system and we will purchase your orders after you have made them. As such, do allow for 4-6 weeks of shipping time. Thank you!

Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sue.thesocialfactor@gmail.com and send your item to: 13 Pasir Ris Rise 04-28 Singapore 518086. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
